How do I change my address?
If you need to change your address for any order that has not yet shipped, please Contact Us. ASAP
My order has been delivered but I haven't received it.
-We receive delivery confirmation on all orders and can confirm with our shipping partners whether a package has been delivered or not.
-Please confirm that the address provide is correct. We can't accept any liability if the package is confirmed as delivered but the address information provide to us are false, incorrect or incomplete.
-All customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. In the event that a package is returned to us, you will pay an additional shipping fee in order for the package to be sent out again.
-If you find that your shipping address is incorrect since you've last placed your order, please Contact us with the order number and new address.
Will I receive my order in multiple packages?
If you purchase a mix of pre-order and in-stock items, you will be sent multiple shipments.
If you purchase pre-orders with the same pre-order release date, you will be sent one shipment, at our discretion.
